The senior management team should be diverse during decision-making and harmonious homogeneity after the decision is made. 

You will want real discussion and debate, considering differing perspectives and ideas during the decision-making process, but once the decision is made, every member of the senior management team must get behind the decision and implement it as designed in a way that ensures success.
