Cultivate a Growth Mindset

 Change Your Headset

Fixed mindset: I’ve been doing this for x years. I know what I’m talking about.

Growth mindset: I’ve only been doing this for x years. I have more to learn.

Keeping your mind open to new information and ideas will facilitate your growth and development. Believing that you know it all, squashes your growth and development.

If you are not growing and developing you’re treading water, possibly losing ground to those who are growing and developing.

Accept that every thing you think, feel, believe is at least partially inaccurate. This is no surprise since we all have limited intelligence, training, knowledge, and experience.

We all have more to learn.
